ADVERT MAKING
DAYS
INSTEAD OF MOVIES
If
you would prefer your teams to make an advert for your company, no problem!
Your teams can submit ideas to the advertising board, who will choose which
advert they would like produced. Your advert can highlight your company values
and it will be edited today. This is a
team building day of the highest calibre.
A film making day is by the nature of the event, a very
flexible opportunity to bring colleagues and staff together in a unique and
highly motivational manner. It's no wonder Ofcom booked us for an advert making day and
then went on to book another Film making day a few weeks later.
BLACK TAXI CAB TV NEWS REPORTERS
Each team is a news team unit. Black Cabs take the teams from one location to
the other, as they piece their story/report (news item) together! Teams have to get the story and interview members
of the public, and or get your team to act and play featured roles within the
story. Teams will need to plan and source filming locations areas as well as make up their
exciting news breaking story. Then
back at the event venue base, each story is edited by the teams with our
professional film editors.
After dinner, we set up a
news desk….and a screen. Each team delivers it's news round having elected its
news readers presenters, inter-cutting live
talking to the audience with the edited video clips as required, just like the
evening news. Prizes for the best team, best story, best acting within a story
may be awarded.

This
is a very flexible team building activity, and one which will give your team-building event day
immense value,
as well as a "unique wow" factor for those taking part
EQUIPMENT: We'll supply each team with a
state of the art, broadcast quality, digital video camera,
tripod and clapper board. We also bring an on site professional
film crew and editing equipment, in order to edit the films as soon
as they are finished. We'll even supply professional actors to offer advice and tips.
We can make this excellent team building event as large, or
as small as you want it to be. We'll guide your teams through the basics of the
"Screenplay," "Storyboards," "Special Effects" and even stunt fighting. You can use
our professional actors, but we'd rather you did the acting yourselves, we'll be there to
help. This event really will bond your teams together in a mutually enjoyable

EDITING THE
MOVIES: As an extra
part of the team build, your teams can participate in the editing process,
or you can simply leave it to us to edit your films whilst you relax. We exercise the usual
TrueView flexible approach to this team building event, which means we are
able to provide the itinerary and event content, to your exact requirements.
POST PRODUCTION WORK:
Your films can be encoded to DVD's following the
event. A duplicating service is available if required. We can
also film and edit a fly on the wall account of the day, and provide cameraman and editing services. This can then be added to the
DVD, along with your movies, as a memento of the day.
FILM PREMIERE: In the evening,
your edited films can be shown at a special
Hollywood style
Oscar awards dinner, hosted by none other than
